Haruva – Awakening New Vitality

Practical Training for Mind–Body–Intellect Self-Care

Haruva – Awakening New Vitality is a practical training program focused on self-care methods, stress release, emotional balance, deep relaxation, subconscious work, and restoring vital energy.

The course helps students understand the connection between the body, emotions, nervous system, beliefs, and automatic inner responses.

Who This Course Is For

This course is suitable for people experiencing long-term stress, sleep difficulties, body tension, emotional pressure, mild emotional imbalance, fatigue, anxiety, low energy, or a sense that the body and mind are no longer working in harmony.

It is also suitable for those who want to learn self-regulation methods, improve health, strengthen memory and focus, master emotions, and apply psychology, hypnosis, EFT, and NLP in daily life.

The Spirit of Haruva

Haruva is not only a technical course. It is a journey back to the body.

When people live under pressure for too long, the nervous system may remain tense, reactive, restless, and easily unbalanced. The body may show this through pain, poor sleep, shallow breathing, fatigue, irritability, anxiety, or exhaustion.

Haruva helps students understand that health is not only about muscles, joints, or separate organs. It is also connected to emotions, the nervous system, thought habits, memory, beliefs, and living environment.

When body, mind, and intellect return to a more stable state, people can recover, learn, work, and connect more effectively.

Core Training Content

1. Stress and Emotional Release

Students learn practical methods to recognize and release stress, frustration, fatigue, sadness, and accumulated negative emotions from work, family, and daily life.

2. Deep Relaxation for the Body and Nervous System

The course guides students through body relaxation, mental relaxation, breathing regulation, nervous-system calming, and deeper rest practices.

3. EFT – Acupuncture Without Needles

Students practice EFT, often introduced as “acupuncture without needles.” This combines touch points, focused attention, and emotional statements to support stress release and mind–body regulation.

4. Self-Regulation of Body and Emotions

Students learn methods to calm the body, ease tension, stabilize emotions, and build daily self-care habits.

5. NLP and Positive Suggestion

Students learn to recognize negative suggestions, limiting beliefs, and inner language patterns that influence emotions, behavior, and life results. They are guided to use positive language, mindset programming, and new internal direction.

6. Brain Training, Memory, and Focus

The course also includes practices for balancing brain activity, improving alertness, strengthening memory, increasing focus, and supporting learning capacity.

A Practical Example

A student enters the class with neck and shoulder tension, heaviness in the head, poor sleep, and restlessness. At first, they say, “I do not have any major problem. I just have too much work, family responsibility, and long-term fatigue.”

During practice, the student is guided to observe the body: Are the shoulders lifted or relaxed? Is the breath shallow or deep? Is the chest tense? Is the abdomen tight? Is the jaw locked?

After only a few minutes, the student realizes the body has been “holding tension” for so long that tension feels normal.

The student then practices breathing, relaxation, and a simple EFT technique for shoulder tension. Instead of forcing the pain to disappear, the student names the sensation: “tight,” “heavy,” “tired,” “pressure,” “uncomfortable.”

As the sensation is named and observed, the body begins to soften. The shoulders drop, the breath deepens, the face relaxes, and the voice slows down.

The student may realize that shoulder pain is not only mechanical. It may also be connected to long-term pressure, endurance habits, excessive responsibility, and the feeling of “I have to carry everything alone.”

This is the spirit of Haruva: moving from passive endurance to active observation, understanding, and self-care.

What Students Gain

After the course, students can better understand their stress patterns, relax the body, calm emotions, practice basic EFT, recognize negative suggestions, use positive inner language, and build sustainable mind–body self-care habits.

For people experiencing pain, insomnia, stress, or emotional pressure, the course provides practical tools to support daily wellbeing.

For knowledge workers, leaders, business owners, and people who communicate frequently, the program supports self-regulation, calmness, energy recovery, and clearer decision-making.

Participants

The course is open to people aged 16 and above who voluntarily participate and want to learn methods for improving health, developing inner potential, supporting emotional wellbeing, learning, work, and relationships.

The program is not suitable for people who are forced to attend, unwilling to practice, or in need of intensive individual therapy. For serious medical or mental health concerns, participants should consult an appropriate doctor or specialist before joining.

The course is directly taught by Nguyễn Mạnh Quân, a specialist in psychology and hypnotherapy.

He is introduced as Director of the Vietnam UNESCO Scientific Hypnosis Center and a practitioner in medical hypnosis, NLP, body language, communication, presentation, and applied therapeutic methods.
