Speed Reading – Deep Understanding – Long-Term Memory

A Practical Seminar in Applied Hypnosis, Deep Focus, and Optimized Brain-Based Learning

Speed Reading – Deep Understanding – Long-Term Memory is a practical training program designed to help students increase reading speed, improve concentration, strengthen memory, and develop a more active, strategic approach to learning.

The course combines applied hypnosis, NLP, deep relaxation, mental focus, brain activation, and information-processing methods to help students read faster while still understanding deeply, remembering longer, and applying knowledge effectively in study, work, and daily life.

Why Speed Reading Matters

In the age of information overload, the main challenge is no longer a lack of learning materials. The real challenge is knowing what to read, how to read, how to remember, and how to turn information into practical ability.

Many people read a lot but forget quickly. They study for long hours but struggle to organize knowledge. They consume large amounts of information but do not transform it into clear thinking.

This course helps students shift from slow reading, fragmented memory, and stressful learning to strategic reading, structured understanding, and systematic memory.

Who This Course Is For

This course is suitable for students, university learners, professionals, entrepreneurs, managers, researchers, and anyone who regularly needs to read documents, learn new knowledge, process large amounts of information, prepare for exams, deliver presentations, or handle professional projects.

It is also suitable for people who feel they read slowly, lose focus easily, forget quickly, struggle to organize knowledge, finish reading without remembering the main points, or feel overwhelmed by books, reports, emails, documents, and online information.

Core Training Content

1. Increasing Reading Speed

Students learn techniques for eye movement, expanding visual range, reducing subvocalization, reading in meaning units, identifying keywords, and capturing main ideas more quickly.

The goal is not mechanical speed, but faster information processing while maintaining comprehension.

2. Understanding Document Structure

Fast reading only has value when it comes with deep understanding.

Students learn how to identify the main idea, supporting points, examples, conclusions, key information, and sections that can be skimmed.

When students can see the structure, they no longer drown in separate sentences. They can understand the “map” of the material.

3. Remembering Longer Through Systems

Students learn memory methods using association, visualization, mind maps, keywords, logical structure, and active review.

Long-term memory is not only about repetition. It is about organizing information in a way the brain can store and retrieve more easily.

4. Applied Hypnosis and Deep Relaxation for Learning

When the body is tense, the brain receives information less effectively.

The course applies relaxation, light self-hypnosis, positive suggestion, and deep focus to help students enter a better learning state: relaxed body, alert mind, stable attention, and reduced emotional pressure.

5. Focus and Distraction Control

Students learn how to reduce distraction, create an effective learning environment, set a reading rhythm, define goals before reading, and maintain attention for longer periods.

This skill is especially important in an age of phones, social media, short-form content, and constant interruption.

6. Active Learning

The course helps students move from passive learning to active learning: asking questions before reading, finding main ideas, taking intelligent notes, testing comprehension, and applying knowledge after learning.

Practical Example

A student comes to class with a common problem: they read professional books very slowly and forget quickly.

When asked to read a passage, they read word by word in their head, often return to previous sentences, move their eyes slowly, and become tired after a few minutes.

During practice, the student is first guided to answer three questions before reading:

Why am I reading this material?
What type of information do I need to extract?
What should I remember after reading?

This simple step already helps the brain search more selectively.

Next, the student learns to scan the title, headings, opening paragraphs, conclusions, and highlighted keywords before reading in detail. The document stops feeling like a dense block of text and becomes a map with a clear path.

After reading, the student summarizes the content into three main ideas and a small visual structure.

The most important result is not only faster reading. The student realizes they do not need to memorize every word. They need to understand the structure, main ideas, and relationships between sections.

When structure is clear, memory becomes lighter and application becomes easier.

What Students Gain

After the course, students can improve reading speed, increase concentration, read with clear goals, capture main ideas faster, remember information longer, and organize knowledge more effectively.

They can apply the method to language learning, professional books, exam preparation, research, reports, presentations, and personal development.

The greatest value of the course is not only reading faster. It is building a smarter learning method: selecting information, structuring knowledge, remembering effectively, and transforming information into real capability.
